Another day of lounging around thinking about why PES just doesnt hit the top level that we are all expecting....and it came to me! Sure the players and the actual ball are important in playing football but the next important thing us, the fans!
Are we being well represented in the game? To me i dont think so. The crowd have sounds and sit in the seats but to be honest, they could all be statues and the sound could come from Lawro holding a tape player up to his microphone, forgetting to most of the time as the crowd barely make any noise.
I would love to see awesome 3D crowds walking around and mexican waving and stuff but it seems far from reality to be honest so...
A step in the right direction would be: during breaks in play, you get to see the fans up close, and you know im gonna say it, like FIFA has, but we arent copying them, we are copying tv! They are obviously randomly produced looks wise or however but there would be a Create-a-fan in Edit Mode.
This means you can create yourself like you would a player but instead, put yourself in the game as a fan if you dont want to be a player, like me! (trying to find stats for myself is just lame and i would cheat
)
So you do your appearance. Then you choose what teams you would like to appear in games for. This could mean "World Traveller", every game, or just "Club and National Team", appearing for your club and country in the stands, sporting your colours!
Other options could be "Items" you hold like hats, flags, facepaint, or even the vuvuzela :w00t
