when will they kick that cartoonish look,when will they learn.
for christsake these next gen consoles are able to handle much more and still we are getting this for another year.
makes me really wonder about the rest cause the visuals look the same.

visuals dont mean jack shit to me, its about the gameplay. What i will say is this, there is a difference between players having individual animations and the players having individual abilities, i reckon when the fifa 11 vids come you probably see that the players still pass the same, im very dubious about this and dubious about the cpu AI also.

having said that, i think the visuals look very good. I am still looking forward to PES though because pes tends to have more depth than fifa.

No idea, im still reeling, CUSTOM NETS, apparently "you can change the loop and shape of nets"

The good thing for pes fans is konami are certain to do this for pes 2011 also, because to not do so would be crazy.

Uh oh! then i think Konami will be in trouble. i've been reading so many posts here regarding pes.and i noticed that they're all negative.( maybe cos they all want konami to top out fifa-just like me).
....IF....Techskill is right abt Fifa11 being Nextgen on PC like console versions (don't care abt the nets)...then Konami will surely be in trouble. i don't own a ps3 or an xbox 360. all i have is my pc.fifa on pc is really really really bad. so if it's next gen...then i'll buy both games. Boy it's good to be a gamer!

Dont hold me to that, no official confimation yet, but its being hinted that Fifa 11 on PC will at least be improved alot from previous versions, and i saw somewhere that there are going to use the same engine as used on the consoles..... lets see what happens.

The interesting thing is, last week i private messaged david rutter on the fifa forum with some basic improvements that need to made to fifa 10, now i know he hasnt read my message, but at least 70% of my list has been initally addressed by EA sports from the looks of what is being said about the game today.

after reading just now about the fifa 11 press release and the screens the only change is better game faces you can now actually tell who is who! but it is early days and looking forward to seeing gameplay vids etc!

ermmm i think not.

Custom nets, pro passing as well, which i cant be arsed to explain in depth, but it seems there are a few change and probably a shit loads more to come in the manager mode, which is probably another bugged up piece of shit, but lets see. When the demo is out, thats when we really know.

I do still play fifa 10 from time to time but it really winds me up about pace etc which makes it for me unplayable at times! I am more towards pro evo and always will be but i would be lying if i said im not looking forward to fifa 11 in the hope they will make it more authentic in many different areas!

Custom nets is in fifa, you can change 'loop' and 'shape'.

I might send a messgae to them asking them to sort out colours also.

Brutal isnt it? Having said that, i really think konami will do the same this year, if they dont, thats very bad.

As far as next gen fifa on pc, personally, i dont care either way, just wait for official confirmation, but its been hinted you will get your wish, till then wait and see.

As for konami.....

Give me 30 mins with those clowns and i guarantee an improved version of pro evolution soccer, new engine or not, these are not football people and to be honest, the journo's going over to see the game dont have much of a clue either.

30 MINS with any tosser from Konami and providing they listen, you get a more playable game this year.

I don't know... maybe it's just me but i don't get how people ask for things like improved nets and world cup kits when players on the pitch move like robots because of the 8 axis movement. That robotic element of the game is the difference between success and failure if you asked an average chum like me.
