On PS4 it isn't possible, but you don't need to import them. You can just copy the songs to a usb flash drive and play it from there, or use Spotify like I do. ;)

I've got a PS4. This is the first time I've but the game in quite a while. The last version I had you could use your own music to create menu play lists etc. And you could also import music and chants for use during matches.

That's back in PS3 days. Now in PS4 you can't do that. Restriction from Sony, not Konami's fault.
