P.S. Is there an option file with commentators calling the EPL teams by their names?

Because that option is available this year. So i was just trying to record the commentators saying Chelsea, Bolton, Liverpool, and West Ham in PES 2 to transfer over to PES 2011 but it didn't work out.

Alright gang, thought I'd drop a little tip for you as it's worked for the 2nd time. The first time was with the BLES1021 and again with BLES1020 when I bought it yesterday...

What it is, the twice I've loaded my prequel data for each version from scratch, the league patches are better placed on the arm for all the teams that were unlicensed last year. So for EPL, basically all apart from Blackpool, Liverpool, Newcastle and West Brom have the higher position.

It must be some sort of a bug, but a good bug in my opinion haha. Installing an OF doesn't allow this for some reason and at least I have most of them placed better... Give it a try if you can and see for yourself.
