Keep having to load option file at the start

every time i start PES2009 i get the message 'applying new downloaded content' then it prompts me to save the edit file. I select no. But then in order to use my chosen OF i have to manually load it.

Do i have to do this EVERY time i play PES?

anybody else got this problem?

Click no when prompted to save at the start, go into edit mode, load data, then save again straight afterwards. Fixes it.
