Does anybody know the png dimensions for emblems? I've just imported one in the game but its really pixelated. I did use a huge 1024x1024 file, though the original file is HD quality. Any ideas?

128x128 makes them look pixelated, 256x256 gives you a much better result.

No it doesn't, 256x256 makes them look pixelated 128x128 gives them a soft look, I know since I have been testing my converter ;-) (if sized to that before importing)

The rangers logo in my test file a few pages back is a 256x256 logo you see more ingame but it looks way to sharp/jaggy compared to the rest in the game, so when I finish rangers I will include a 128 x 128 logo.

I usually find importing stuff at 1 & a half it original size works best for sharpness & clarity. (So 192x192, since the game will alway revert the image to the games default size)

If you want to find out the games default sizes, go to free draw in what ever logo you want to make & look at the canvas size, this is what the game will resize anything imported to, so match that as close as possible.

would also like to point out the PC image import option, cuts off 2 pixels from the right & 1 off bottom sections of the image, so don't make put the image right to the edge. I make the image 128x128 then the canvas size 130x130 & no more cut off sides

its a little irritating not been able to see what the logo looks like on the shirt until its done cause it means you have to do it again if its too small or too big

You're kidding right? 128x128 looks awful on my PS3, changed it to 256x256 and it looks excellent.

I'm not kidding, look at the default canvas size in free draw, this is what the game resize stuff to, what your seeing is a sharper image due to the way the game downsizes images. sharper isn't always better, but thats in the eye of the beholder.

Emirates logo is a bit on the large size. Also, if this is based on the 2006 home kit, the crest & sponsor are too close to the Nike swoosh.

I can copy the files through Horizon to my USB and then I copy to my XBOX HD. But when I enter the game, the kit and the emblem are not there.

Is this because I have de new datapack? Or because I have the portuguese / spanish version of PES 2014?

Thanks :)

OK, I have been testing my Rangers strips for the last day (since I started making them) & I have found the best possible resolutions for each part, there not high rez :-( since the game uses bilinear reduction on the images & seems to resize them to the default size or near about.

Default sizes are as follows.

Shirt = 384 x 384
Sleeves = 128 x 128
Shorts = 128 x 128
Sock = 128 x 128

My sizes (trying larger resolutions done nothing bar in some cases reduce quality)

Shirt = 361 x 576
Sleeves = 192 x 144
Shorts = 157 x 192
Socks = 144 x 192

I create all my strips at 200% (Double) size & shirk when doing final composite.

rocky5 I downloaded your Rangers kits for XBOX.

I can copy the files through Horizon to my USB and then I copy to my XBOX HD. All ok.
But when I enter the game, the kit and the emblem are not there, when I try to load images.

I also noticed that on the files icon appears "pc to xbox converter". Maybe because the converter is not working well?

Is this because I have de new datapack? Or because I have the portuguese / spanish version of PES 2014?

Or am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks and good work :)
