The images for import to shorts arent to all the front side. They dont go at the bottom of the shorts.
Las imagenes para importar para los pantalones no son para todo el frente. No llegan hasta la parte de abajo donde termina el pantalon sino que le faltan unos centimetros. Si tomamos como ejemplo las imagenes que pusiste de Belgica, como se ve en la parte de atras esta el logo Burrda. Masomenos hasta ahi llegaria el tamaño de la imagen a importar.

I tried it but it didn't work out too well, the numbers on the right by konami are too big and too low compared to the real kit so by dropping the horizontal lines it looks awful. so in my game instead of having the numbers on the left i decided to have it in the middle and it actually looks great
