Yo i just saw the clips and i am loving them. Too bad Konami doesn't respect American buyers cause we get the game in 2005.So i am pretty much stuck with Fifa till then. Otherwise does anyone know anything more about the whole "regen" thing in PES?

Eric, I think he was being sarcastic about Fifa. But anyways, I'm gonna put across my two pennies on this. Christiano, you don't have to agree with me, and if you dont then fair doos, thats your right. But what seems to be getting up people's noses, including mine I might add, is the fact that you just damn right slate pretty much everything, before you have even seen it, or had it confirmed.

I mean, you are just criticising figments of your own imagination, cos alot of what you have commented on, has not (well most of it) officially come to light. Most of all, you have not played the game, yet you go on saying fuck this, fuck that fuck konami for doing this, fuck konami for doing that......this is crap, that is crap.....and it goes on!! To me it does not seem you are being cautiously optimitistic and if you are trying to be, then sorry, cos to me, you are not coming across in that manner. We don't live in a dream land, and we do criticise, when it is due, not go on a gun slinging tirgger happy crusade to search all that is "wrong" with the game. We are all excited and looking forward to we8/pes4 and there is nothing wrong with that.

There has been alot of improvement and that is visible from vids, screens and impressions from those who HAVE played the game. So please man, stop putting a downer on things and look forward to the game, cos you are just annoying alot of people by nit picking at little "faults" just chill, have a beer and get ready to play a damn good game of footie. :)

After 200 pages we finally see the first decent post, congratulations t1.

I still think you are exaggerating, but if you honestly believe I am nit-picking then I'll try and improve that aspect of my posting. I am quite pedantic I admit that, but only because I enjoy perfection - also none of my comments are saying that is that, so to speak. As I said in my longish post on the previous post, all I am doing is raising issues, no matter how small or big they me be, to see what other people think of it or whether they think that needs to be improved.

Thank you for making an intelligent reply though, you don't see it that often on PES Insight from what I've witnessed. I will try and be more balanced though in the comments I make.

I'll start by saying - the tackling animations look truly fantastic, 10 times better than the current slide tackling animations where players just jump into eachother legs and get straight red cards for inocuous challenges.

yes indeed. My reply would be insulting thus may include offensive jokes and swearing. I mean, I can't insult by saying '' Cristiano! you like Fifa which is a bad game, I like PES3 and think it is better'', how insulting is that ? hardly :rolleyes: .

So i'll just wait until i'm out of the radar of the Mods and Admins then you'll see.

That would be a great post! Except, erm - I hate FIFA passionately and have converted probably 50 people to PES in the last couple of years.

Someone still hasn't got the joke. :eek:

Ahh, I finally got through!! heh. Well just to reitarate as I wasn't being insulting to ya Chris, so i'm glad you didnt take my post that way. But yeah, try to see the brighter side and i think there are more positives than negatives..and that tackling animation looked awsome!! near perfect to how a player falls over after a hard tackle.

Hmm, you may need to actually save target as and download the videos rather than play them. Also I think a few of those links are broken because I just tried them

You may need to get the divx codecs to play the videos as well, which can be obtained from www.divx.com.

I'm not sure why those links I posted didn't automatically become URL's - something to do with the address I would think.

If there are no working links by tomorrow, I'll upload the ones I have to my webspace for people to download. :)
