I wouldn't know unfortunately.
I don't own a PS3 and have never played on one. I guess, save them to a usb stick and inject them into your PES on the PS3 dashboard. Then.. go to Deportivo la Coruna in your game and choose sponsor and point it to the image.
Xbox, doesn't support this feature so i have taken photographs using a webcam and manually cut around the image to make the kits above.

Please keep updating this thread with new transfers In/Out for any team and images of any new kit. I will then ammend the thread teams as and when.

The style would be like Russian Premier League or Ukraine Premier League Thread.

It was just an idea, because I really want to play ML with a Spanish Team, but unfortunately, I have not the time to create the complete league on my own! And I also have to admit, I'm not such a big expert on Liga Adelante Teams, I know more about Russian and Ukraine Football (like both Threads can show when they are ready
).I just thought I could support you with doing the "dirty work" on indexing and such things and let the experts show their knowledge.
You know what I mean?
