You don't need your console ID. Have you checked out this tutorial video by Paul2478? Totally worked for me.

Okay, lsiten ... i got WILD Editor to load my BLES Data.bin (decrypted) but during looading the file the WILD Editor complains about a player "HOLÝ" which has his height not between 148 and 204 which results into the editor not working correct.
Any Idea?

regarding the TUT from Paul, it is not HD and i can´t read any Filenames on that TUT.

Guys, i am an idiot ... i tried an old version of the Editor, now using the latest one and i am able to load the decrypted data.bin ... works now ...

Anyone who wants what is as close to the J-League DLC Genki Omae preset face (as seen here) as possible...

Should download a version converted into a PS3 face scan for PES 2013 by Muta.

Omae & Souto

(Souto is Rodrigo Souto who recently moved to the Brasileirao; he's at Nautico, signed from Júbilo Iwata in the J-League. That converted scan is excellent as well)

PS3 users can rename the folder containing the Omae scan to correspond with whichever slot you'd like to use on your game. If any Xbox users would like the scan, let me know and I can upload a converted file. Use it with Hajime Hosogai's hair (#5782 in w!LD@'s editor)
