Maybe your IP was banned and blocked for some reasons. (can only happen if you have a static IP)

Yes.
the host adress is : lomungtung.no-ip.com
username and password are "we" and the login method is normal

If you're banned, you'll have to talk to lomungtung himself but don't count on it making a difference.
Everyone should just follow the rules.

It depends on the patch. jonboyo's ones can be on the welshfootball site and there are others too. Whoever releases the info for a patch should let people know where else they can get it from. But lomungtung is the place where the largest files will be stored.

It's not on his page anymore, so probably lomungtung's server is the only place to get it.

Hi I'm not too good with computers and I've been looking at all this stuff because the patch makes the game look so good. So I went on the lomungtung site but I haven't got a clue which ones to download. I'm trying to do it by the letter from your posts but I can't get Flash fxp to work and don't want to download anything else because of the sizes and getting cut off and that. So could someone help on how to download and unpack/extract the stuff I need, nero, flash fxp etc.............

Read the PES3 ripping thread to find the tools you need to rip it.
Read the Patching Guide thread to find the patching and burning tools.

To connect to lomungtung, read the lomungtung thread first and make sure you read the rules. Configure Flash FXP so that you have a download speed limit of 10KB and a limit to 2 files downloading at once. Then use the username and password which are both "we". This should get you in.

To extract/uncompress the patch files, you will need WinRar.
To download software, a good way is to go to www.google.com and type in the name of the software and then 'download'

Eg. Type in google, "Download WinRar" and you should get a link to www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Repeat this with other files.
Or try going to www.download.com

Some programs need to be paid for so you may have a month's trial of it before you'll need to enter a code for it to work.

Use a program like Flash FXP or CuteFTP and enter the address into the connection line of them with the login details and it should work fine.

this ftp site dont work for me it keeps saying i dont have permission 2 access it? newaz does ne1 know how 2 patch da kits cuz i tried it by importing it and wen i went bk 2 da game nuttin happens??

If you use the login details of user/password as "we" and "we" it should connect.

You'll have to ask the kit importing question in the "Patching Help" thread to get a response from someone who knows.

ok i jus managed 2 download da complete superupdate from a website dat updates everything wid kits and stuff.. its realy gud and saves u time doing dem one by one

do u edit da kits one by one? cuz if u do forget dat man and just go 2 dis site and download da superpatch and it will update da whol thingf or u man
