Left footed, with a good right foot. And I would say he plays behind the strikers(best position) and can be used on either wing.........but this is coming from a non Liverpool supporter who just seen a couple of their games.

garcia left footed and can play with his right foot, double footed his lefts a bit stronger ask gigi buffon. his best position is second striker buyt he tends to play on the right which allows him to drift into goal scoring positions. he can play left

he is left footed, he said it, in atletico de madrid he played in the left wing and had excelent shots with his right thats why barça made him play on the right so he could look for goals with his left and cross with his right, but he is left footed although he plays well with his right foot too

He is right-footed. This question is from a recent interview that he did with the Red and White Kop:

7. Is being two footed something that is encouraged in Spain from an early age or is it just natural? Which is your better foot for shooting?

I really can't remember that. But I think that it isn't trained. I am left-handed, but most of the control and dribbling I do better with the right foot. However I would take a penalty more comfortably with my left foot.

I'm a bit confused, is he right footed or left footed? What position does he play?

This may answer your other question to some extent.

1. What is your favourite position? Right midfielder, just behind the striker?

My favourite position is just behind the centre forward, since in that position I can move around more and try to do many things. Also in that position I am nearer the penalty area, so nearer the goal.

From that it appears he is both footed doesnt it

He's scored some belters with both his feet, goals equally good in quality, so it is a little hard to determine which his stronger foot is. So, yeah, let's just leave it at both then.

I think that means that he is left footed if you are more confident with one foot is because you are better with that foot. Just put him left footed (he is he said it before not that interview) and an 8 on both his stats referring to weak foot.
Also Zidane would you say he is right footed?? with people that are so good with both feet it doesnt really matter he controls with his right and all that but shoots better with his left

On PES I swear he is left footed and whenever I see him playing for liverpool he uses his left foot to dribble and tends to cut back on it a lot when playing on the right wing

On PES4 Luis Garcia is set as Right footed but i've changed it to Left and given him Weak Foot frequency & accuracy of 7. So it makes it kinda equal as he is both footed but his left foot is still his dominant foot. And yeah he can play on either wing or as a second striker (which is his suited position).
