Major lag issue ps4

Ive had a lagging problem since pes 18 and i cant seem to find how to fix it even offline lags would you believe, a friend told me to change hdmi cable ive changed port settings am i missing something because nothing seems to be working, prior to pes 18 everthing was perfect. Have Konami put a virus on my account please help if anyone has answers.

What kind of TV do you have? I had some stuttering issues on my PES 2018 as well when playing on my smart tv. Try to see if you have a "Game mode" in your image settings or image presets and activate it.

Have you tried rebuilding the ps4`s database ?? worked for me (just a thought tho)

Ok I'll try the image setting to game mode, also I forgot to mention I can't find any opponent that's 3 bars online only 1 bar, I know konami fixed this in an update but dosnt seem to work for me.
