The first was shit but made for a great psychology lesson. We were studying media influence and apparently this game inspired a teenager to murder another - so my teacher asked me to bring it in. We got her to go on it and she started swearing as she shattered a guys skulls with a baseball bat. So funny to watch.

Might check this out on the Wii. Looks decent.

Lol I bet it was. According to Wikipedia the Murderer didn't own the game and had never played it. However the victim owned a copy of it.

Well it's one of the last big games. A few more games are coming out up till September. Tomb Raider, Harry Potter, Lost, Pirates of the Carribean and a few others.

I'm suprised this is coming out on the Wii as almost every game on the Wii seems a family game untill now.

I read somewhere that they are planning on releasing more mature rated games on the Wii. Besides, I wouldn't say Resident Evil is a family game.

Developing for the Wii is less effort, Wii's have less technical ability so they can port the PS2 version and make the alterations... this would not go down well on the 360 or PS3 who would expect far better graphics.
