Manual or Automatic?

I wanted to know what you use in PES:

Automatic tactics- using the simple setting menu, auto subtitusions, auto tactics (formation changes while game and attack/ defence changes).

or

Manual tactics- changing the game plan of the team, manual subs, planning attack/ defence forms for the team and using them while game.

Also write how it feels playing with manualy/ automaticly and what you like/ dislike about it.

I personaly use the auto settings because I don't like messing around with all the game plans and stuff, but I sometimes make subtitusions by myself. I'm comfortable with these settings and it rarly makes bad decisions like misplaced players in wrong positions.

I use manual most of the time, because the automatic feature does some things that I would never do.

same manual but when i can't be bothered and just wanna play i do auto, but Computer is a bit stupid.

Manual everything. Including the team control settings (like when the player select changes) and the attack/defence settings. All manual.

My main reason has left me atm but i'll do a 50! and return and edit this comment. I do manual because Defending Wise the PC would pick whoever is closest to the ball and completely ignore an attacking player who would be in a better position if the ball goes to him or something, it'l return to me the reason tho. Manual is the way forward !


Woops, mid read this one. I've never tried Automatic in the tactics as id be too scared the PC would take off one of my better players or something. I like being in Control of my team at all times

Manual everything for me as well. But that still doesn't stop the spastic freezing or movement in a completely different direction you want the player to go.
