Hmm.. I got my Xport 360 today.. I´m supposed to click and drag the files over? Doesn´t work for me.. feels like I´m missing something basic here.. using Vista btw.

I've just read something telling me to run it in windows xp compatabilty mode, hope this helps

I sat all night yesterday trying all kinds of stuff, didn´t work though.. tried using xplorer360 aswell but that was a big no.. quite frustrating this!

try downloading xport too............... once u have the cable u can use any software out there and vice versa

ps. unfortunatley VISTA SUX!!!!!! i have found SO many vista problems with my new laptop i have installed a 'sata/raid driver modded' dual boot copy of XP, just so i can use my my laptop to the full extent it should be used to!!!
if u have an old copy of XP i recommend u install it on another partition untill general vista compatibility issues are resolved. :(

I´ve got my old stationary pc with XP, might try it on there..
The weird thing is that I can browse all files through the xport app, and drag the files FROM the xbox HDD to my laptop, but I cant drag any files TO the HDD via Xport!? Isn´t that weird??

Finally got it working.. I think anyway.. I have a question about the edit files, all the new players that are created, I cant find them in the edit mode.. only K.Jones in the first group and then the players from the Champinship?

not working

simple my xport 360 is not working efficiently!! sometimes it allows me to transfer files and most of the time the software is tempramental whether you can explore the hard drive!! could it be to do with the fact that i have standard usb ports and not usb 2.0?? when i do transfer the files the show as corrupted on the hard drive!!...... sorry if i'm boring anyone but it's so annoying

please help

the 84 is including the championship players :)
don't worry, i shall create a few new ones (1st team standard newly transfered players) after the transfer window closes and v3 is created.

hey GJsmsmith, good option file mate, i was just wondering whats instore for v3 and was wondering if you could put stoke city into it and a few more of the championship sides, would also be great if you could get a scan of their kit aswell..

The way I got my shit to work is by creating a backup image of my hdd in xport360, then open the image in xplorer360 and there I could move files any way I wanted. After inserting the edit and uniform files I restored the image with xport360 on my hdd.. Quite inefficient and timeconsuming but that was how I got it to work..

Aight! Sounds good, I´m looking forward to the v3! Maybe you could also put the swedish starplayer Ibrahimovic in our national team ;) Just so noone misses him..
Btw, is there anyway to put the championships teams in div2 in the ML mode?

I dont theres anyway to use champ teams in ML m8, sorry, although i will register ibrahimovic if i remember. thanx

******PS. TO ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS***** borrow a computer that is running XP NOT vista (or install a dual boot XP partition), vista is the problem.... not your xsatas, xploders, xports or option files. thanx

gjsmsmith thank you so much for the option file it works a treat on my 360. could i ask for one request please, if you could set up a .bin folder with the top4 home and away kits BUT replace Chelsea A with Aston Villa H???

I've tried renaming files and stuff on the memory card but when i copy them over it doesn't recognise!! Is there anyway you could create this for me pls or tell me how i can do it myself???

Xport 360 doesnt work with vista or it didnt for me!

Any1 who has vista dont bother using xport 360 because it wont recognise the the software, from my experience anyway.It asks to update the drivers. I had problems with it on my laptop for a week so then i decided to try XP on a different computer and it sees the software straght away and i now have the option file working.You dont need a memory card either as it goes staright from the pc to hard drive.
Just thought i would share it with anyone who might have the same probs i had.The option file is quality by the way and a big thanks has to go to GJSMSMITH

Ive ordered my xsata, gonna try and get GJSMITH's file on this weekend. I predict, and im trying to be postive, but i fear i will not be successful looking at some of the cofusing shit on this thread.

its easy mate aslong as u have 2 things- 1) windows xp. 2) a little bit of computer know how (about to the level of someone who knows how 2 backup their own files to Cd)

option file works on any PC.... its justa zipped folder. its your transfering software (xploder, xport etc....) that will have problems with vista.
