I got this info I translated from a Dutch website:

I 'quoted' it so you can read it better or something:ninja:
This is the information we got after our questions.

-One of the biggest differences of this year’s PES is the number of licenses (YES!). There is a cooperation with FIFPro for the next 5 years, so we’re going to see 13 fully licensed leagues: English Premiership, English Championship, Primera Division, Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga, Eredivisie, Bwin Portugese League, Turkish Super Lig, Scottish Premiership, Greek Super League, Russian League, and the Israel League.

-Konami also got a contract with Adidas ánd Nike to give the best football experience to the fans. Because of these licenses PES has grown to the most complete version ever.

- There will be very big changes in the trainingsystem. (Don’t know which yet).

- A big problem of the game was the online-section. That’s taken care of now. With help of ‘interface tweaks’ lags aren’t with us for longer. (WTH are Interface tweaks??) Plus there’s now a 2 vs. 2 online game. One controls the keeper., and the other the rest of the team.

PS. There was some more about PS3 gameplay etc. But I don’t think that’s necessary after what Gedo translated for us.

If that is true I will wank myself unconcious. Championship and SPL, fuck me! Add in more national teams, including the shit ones, and I'd be fucking ecstatic.

That article's from the 28th May, and I don't think there was any information released on the game anywhere by then. We can always hope though.

Its so cool, this would be really the turning point of everyne choice between fifa and/or PES. PES had everything except for licenses:) And If they get them now, it'd be SO SWEET:D

Your right my friend, take a look here:
April Fool's joke
There was an apparent Pro Evo 7 article in an official playstation magazine stating various information on the upcoming title such as Konami had purchased all the club licenses for 5 years and such. This was proved to be fake as if you look at the bottom of the article, there is text which reads 'protaprilia' numerous times. This means April Fools in Greek.
