That's true. It is no one new. To get the new update you must download the old one(Oct 08) again.

currently having a problem with the xbox update

ok, i removed the old update, and downloaded the new one, but when it saved it, it saved it to a folder called "pro evolution soccer 2009", but all my saved files such as kits/replays etc are in a folder called "pes 2009"

so i deleted the "pro evolution soccer 2009" folder, and downloaded it again, but same thing

also when i go into system settings there is nothing, not even the demo, does anybody know whats going on?

give it some time because my friend got this update sooner than i did, but if you don't get it in a week speak to konami about it they might know whats goin on with it

Yep. I'm in system settings. I only have install and I did that. The download option is nowhere to be found.

hmm idk then u should be able to go into the game mainscreen scroll down the bottom where it says saystem settings and at the bottom it should say download

Can someone help me plz, I have download 1.3 patch and then went to update ingame, it says there is new update so it downloads very slowly then keeps failing with a statment saying file is broken. I have tried countless times with same result, I have re-installed to no avail. This is stupid konami style of updating its annoying me, I cant play anyone koz my version keeps saying version 1.0.00 in profile when I have installed the 1.3 patch many times.
