New Xbox Experience - Edit Changes

Does anyone know if the new xbox experience dashboard will give us 360 owners more options for edit mode, i.e. importing images direct off memory sticks as emblems etc. Im sure I read somewhere that it would have that functionality but I cant seem to work it out

I haven't seen an option to import data for PES2009 on Xbox

well the whole dashboard has changed and so have the features. i was under the impression that they were improving the ability to copy stuff to hard drive such as games etc but cant see how to do it with images to use in games on first glance

there is still no function to import picture in edit mode from hard drive, i havent tried USB or another external devices yet

i was just coming to ask a similar question...

i had heard that the interface would be allowing for gamers to trade gamesaves and info... any truth to this?

would be sweet to simply have someone send me an OF rather than going through the process it requires right now

also now i wonder if it would be possible to copy the pes game to the hard drive and then edit the files like patching unofficial xboxes? but then again i know nothing about that

Well i have tried importing pictures but there is no function for it, i hooked up my old camera and it recognised the photo's on it but wouldn't let me save them to the hard drive.

Although saying that, the update has only been out for 12 hours, maybe there is more to come, maybe PES has to update itself to allow such a function, knowing konami though there won't be :lol:

Yeah, I hit this problem too.

I got pictures onto my 360 before by adding them to my 360 memory card (via Datel Transfer Kit) then copying them over using the 'Memory Settings" menu on my 360. I tried this last night with my usb drive plugged in but it didn't acknowledge the usb as a memory device (which I guess I kinda understand as it would stop m$ from selling so many memory cards).

When I copied a picture over before using my 360 memory card, PES2009 didn't acknowledge it as a loadable image when I looked for it in-game as I presume it had to be in a special PES format. I haven't tried this since the PES update so I'll check again this weekend if I remember.
