Official PS2 Mag reviews PES 5

I don't think it really matters what mags give PES games out of 10 as we'd buy them anyway !!

Its the momentum, if they review PES5 again a year later they'll probably give it lower since the standards are (hopefully) even higher.

10 out of 10 means the best in its sort, at the moment it comes out.

I think in earlier incarnations of the game he was Vorlander and then they changed it. Can anyone confirm? I believe Minanda was Miranda at one point as well, for example.

Official PS2 Magazine is the only mag i trust and i have subscrived to itsince issue one!! I knew they'd love PES5

The game will probaly be rated 9/10.

The PES games have been getting 10/10 in the OPS2 magazine now for about 3 years.

I remember PES3 getting 10/10 in 2003 and PES4 getting 10/10 in 2004.

To me, a score of 10/10 indicates that the game is perfect and flawless. However, a score of 9/10 indicates that the game is excellent but it has some minor flaws.

I would say the latter applies to both PES3 and PES4 as both games had their flaws.

So yeah, you could say they're a little biased.

But I have to agree with Zygalski and Original.

I believe that there is no such thing as a perfect football game. This is because the AI of even the most powerful computer in the world isn’t able to deal with the "human" factors involved with football.

Although, I'll have to admit that Konami are getting pretty close to creating a football game that's nigh on perfect. But I’m never going to agree with the whole “10/10 for a football game” idea..

I've seen another couple PES 5 reviews,first the good ones it got a 9/10 in PSW and is supposed to have got 93% in PSM2
but the suprising score is the 7/10 XBM gave it even 1 lower than FIFA
I had a feeling that PES 5 would be a that got mixed reviews,some won't like it because its too hard
but so far its doing quite well a high score from gamemaster mag and it'll be business as usual for PES
