If one of my friends were sitting next to me on the couch and constantly kicked my ass like the AI does I would throw my controller at them and beat their ass!!! This AI is amazingly hard to beat, he cheats, he runs through my defense like I wasn't even playing, he stops me and clogs his box ..... I finally struggle to score and he comes right back and gets a cheap goal ..... GRRRRRRRRRRR OK so yes yes we wanted a good ai, a smart ai, one that is not boring to play, one that will attack but damn Konami, this is crazy! :no:

Surely that's a good thing? One of the consistent complaints of recent games is that they were too easy. Just play it on an easier level until you get used to it.

yes its a good thing! But I haven't lost like this in a PES game since oh who knows... since forever! hahaha!!! The pace Im going, I wont even get out of the group stages of the CL :w00t

Im still trying to win my first game on top player. Had another 3 games last night lost 3-1. 1-0. 1-0. God damn Ai lol. I always cram my box with players but end up giving a silly free kick outside box in which the bastards score boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

the free kicks kill my mood! Fkn Robben from outside the box never misses!!! I even tried heading it out with my defender and I fell in the goal along with my goalie... LOL I think I got in the goalies way! :no:

I was confused from earlier reports - is there a new difficutly setting higher than top player? Maybe one that is aptly named in Konami engrish as "super hard difficulty" setting?

Speaking of cheap goals...the AIs keeper was a bit confident and i guessed his pass to his CB and goaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal.....


I have only played 20 games so far but the game is amazing.

My keeper charged out to stop the attacker but fouled the opponent and got sent off. Rarely happened the last 4 years.

I was at the edge of the penalty area a bit in front of the last CB i mad a fake shot. I was fouled and he was sent off.

I have played with the 2 SA teams with lesser stats. This game blows me away. No easy goals or exploits and many many improments.

Defense is different from previous versions but it is not impossible but just charging out and pressing x+square carelessly will cost you a goal.

I agree, the free kicks, especially with Robben in sight are way too overpowered for the CPU. It's about the only thing which is REALLY doing my head in. @DIECI - stick in there bro, I went twelve consecutive games losing against Napoli until I won two on the bounce. Then they were my bitches.

I caned Bayern last night with Spurs 3-1, probably my best game I've played so far!

:w00t yes yes Bayern beat me 5-0 and then I bounced back with a 3-1 win but then 3 straight losses 2-1 3-2 2-0 ... Im loving my ass getting beaten though .... I figure, I get good with the crazy AI and when I play online vs noobs that just want to rush in with Messi I will own them 5-0 consistantly! ;)

Lol. Robben is pissing me off bigtime with his free kicks! I put a man next to the goalie on the line when robben hit it he started doing a jig and moved, The ball went in the net, Straight where he should of been.. And i always end up fumbling the ball in my own net. Last night i cleared off the line, The ball hit my other defender in the face and went in grrrrrrrrrrrr

Never seen it the past 10 years but recently i lost 9-1 against Netherlands as Brazil in PES 2011. The scripting was horrible.

Im a pretty good player and online i averge over 50% wins but this was so shocking. Of course when i ws behind 4-1 i just moved everything in attack but 9-1. Crap.

I've managed to start getting consistently get good results,but the game just isn't enjoyable even when your winning .Football just seems to forced.

I believe the sixth difficulty setting will be called "Hyper Ultimate Invincible Challenge" or something to that effect.

Thats when you have to play with all your 11 players in the defensive box and just clear out any challenge that comes in, forget attacking play for the 0-0 draw LO!L

It would be like that outrageously hot chicken wing sauce you see on restaurant menus. I imagine we would have to sign a release before we played on that level.
