Overated and Underrated Players in Pro(Who makes your list??)

Sup peeps..just enjoying some late night pro...Im sure many of you realise that every year some players seem to have stats they dont deserve and others are not given enough stats. I say this b'cos whenever I use United the auto-sort always picks Fortune due to his incredibly good stats..this has been the case for about 4 years now he has always had very good stats..c'mon this is FORTUNE we're talking about here..so have any of you guys noticed this as well when you get your pro and some1 in your team has been severely overated or underated..go on name then!

i think both Paul Scholes and Frank lampard are underated.

Fortune is fine, he actually plays well for his country. His problem is that Giggs plays in the same position for United and not many people can take Giggs off the 1st team.

What fukkin games u guys talkin about here? Pes5 has great stats. I hope u talkin about pes4 or even pes3.

J.Zanetti underrated?? He has great stamina, pace, strength, he can dribble, marking ability, consistency, condition. He's easily the best right back in the game.

U have to remember for a side back 75 defense is really good already so Neville seems fine. Plus he's got great consistency, condition, and teamwork. He's also one of the best right backs, just do a search and u'll see not many will match his attack+defense, teamwork, consistency and condition.

Scholes and Lampard underrated haha. Scholes was never underrated, and Lampard was until Pes5, making him easily one of the best midfielders in the game, alongside Nedved, Ronaldinho, Zidane, Gerrard, and Kaka.

Wouldve said Recoba, but he's been downtuned a lot so he doesnt apply for neither category.

There's some players that have been either slightly overrated, or slightly underrated.

I think Crouch's header ability is lower than it should be.

I also think Morientes is massively overrated, but that's a real life thing as well to be fair !

condition 3, wtf he plays almost every week until his recent injurys
weak foot acc 5 and frequency 6, i think its a little better than that

crouch is pretty useless in this game

van persie is underrated but i dont think reyes is over rated

pires, i think hes a bit quicker than that

i think shevshenko is underrated as well coz i know hes faster than that surely

as an arsenal fan its hard to say but ledley king is underated on pro evo.
also underated: yossi benayoun, gary neville, darren bent, flamini, loads more

overated on pes: rio ferdinand, milan baros, quinton fortune, walter samuel, cant think of anymore at the moment

so, you think defence 75 for a side back isn't good? why don't you compare it with other side backs in the game, who can't play at centre back as well
also, in the master league, rooney improves loads, he has incredible potential (just like real life)

With Gary Neville's ability and his real life performance, i would have thought they would have been a bit more generous with his defence rating...i personally think he's been under-rated with a 75 rating...

and as for Rooney, i haven't played the Master League so i can't comment on his potential so i'll have to take your word for it

Under - Iraola, Yeste, Konchesky, Gangst-Pedersen, etc...

Is it me or is it mainly the players that have recently come into form at the start of this season and the end of last? A criticism I do have is that Konami seem to put the finishing touches to the ability and presentation of the players around about March time, and transfers are done about late August.

If that is indeed the case why do they keep us all waiting for and release the game at the end of October???

leo messi is criminally underrated considering he is the runaway favourite to win the top young player award in december
his acceleration is phenomenal and he can carry the ball and dribble at a top speed easily in the mid 80s
he plays like a young cruijff..but I guess you can only give stats like that in hindsight
you can see what he can do here check the games against osasuna and the latest one against panathinaikos
or just watch argentina vs england tomorrow..hopefully he'll get some time though it seems he won't start

yeah definately sheva. he was one of my fav players in pro4 and now he seems sluggish and unresponsive and he's one of the best if not the best in the world!
