Anyone used the guy for a long time on here? How good does he become? He's highly rated but I'd like to know how his stats look like after a few seasons.

I don't have a photo for you, but he's incredible. In terms of his alterable stats, my Park - who has just turned 29 - only has 2/3 sub 90. He's near perfect really.

Messi, Aguero, Rowland and Schwarz are all amazing for me too, but whenever I play friends, it's Park that they seem to revere the most.

Park is my go to guy. Every ML i always try and get him asap, sad i know, but for some reason he just works with any formation/team. Apart from the obvious stars, it's hard to say that for virtually any other player.

His growth is damn good as well.

I'll have to take your word for that... Podolski is one of 3 players i've never been able to sign in ML, no matter how much i threw at him.
(Other 2 are Robinho & Nesta reborn at 17!!)

All his shooting related stats are firm mid-nineties for me, so you really shouldn't encounter any problems. I tend to play him out of position a fair amount (usually left midfield) and he scores at least 10 league goals a season from there. When he cuts in, you can guarantee he'll hit a fantastic shot even if he doesn't score.

Last season he was the D1 Cup's top scorer, despite me playing him wide left. He's quality; give him the ball, cut inside and hammer it.

I think I'll get him in PES2008. I've always wanted to play in seasons like 2015 but I never had the time to play so much or got bored. Yesterday I found a 2018 save file. I've started using it and just finished the season.(it was around week 24 that the game was saved) His players were too good, it was too easy to win the games so I sold traded lots of them for young guns like Vieira. :limp:

i am in my 9th season in ML and i got him in about my 3rd.

he has improved a hell of alot, he is my captain, and i never start without him, if i need to score i just get the ball anywhere near him.

He is always one of the first people I buy. He will be willing to go to a lower league team and his wages are cheap.

His stats do get pretty amazing and he has many stars. He is a solid performer but doesnt shine as much as he should. When your team gets some real top star players, some with lower stats, will seem to perform better. He is still a great player to have on the bench or play out of position.

Stats dont always tell the whole story. Or there are some players my playing style doesnt suit.

He actually is a legend, played him DM for a while and even CB because his heading is 90+ after his first season. Aparantly in reality he is a player who had real promise but continues to underachieve due to injury. Also he isn't on Football Manager unless you include players from Korea

He's not in it. He got injured and subsequently got cut from the Korea national side. FC Seoul are not in the game, so neither is he.

I just explained. He is not in the Korea national team at the moment, and hasn't been for a while. He's not in it in real life, he's not in it in the game. Makes sense to me.
