Patch 1.0.2 first impressions thread!

I would say that the patch has vastly improved the game - for me anyway. I enjoy playing PES so much more now. I couldn't be more happy with Konami from releasing such a successful patch - in my opinion of course!

I just don't think its right to have a game in 2010 this scripted, after prolonged offline play I find the patch has only improved the switching to a very small amount. I guarantee parts of the player switching are bad on purpose to balance out the game and this is something I find unacceptable, the refs are also coded to not give certain decisions which again is unacceptable for a next gen football game. If the refs were decent, player switching good and the scripting toned down you would beat the AI by a cricket score in every offline game. I also try to play this game with manual passes only and its simply impossible as the game is still on the rails in terms of player movement etc.

I know it might be stupid, but sometimes I replay matches if there was excessive cheating. I have no problem not winning, but not like that.

OK, how do you delete a patch? Even though my game says 1.0.2, I'm not sure it actually installed it, because I don't notice any improvements, if anything it's worse. I just had the most incredible match concerning cheating. Holy shit! Never experienced anything like it. Switching still sucks, shooting is no different and there' more cheating. Must get rid of patch.
