patch out for USA yet?

This is tradition for the US version. That's why for the last couple of seasons I've purchased the PC version. But alas, my wife got me the PS3 version and once again patches are either late or nonexistent. I think if I ever get the PS3 version again it will be one from across the pond.
Tired of this crap. I won't even be home at the end of Dec., so I guess all we can do is sit and wait and see our 60 bones be wasted away again for timely patches for overseas customers. Thanks Konami!

I think there should be someone that can give us some answers from the American side. Jon Murphy did what he can, but he is not in charge of this area. But what can we do? the only answers we get from Konami are "we have no freaking idea of what you're talking about"...

At least John Murphy did what he could and contacted Konami in Japan and got a rough estimated time of arrival for the patch, nonetheless this situation makes us in North, Central and South America feel completely left out and ignored.
Do they think that "stupid Americans" wont notice what goes on with the European version?
The Konami Support office and hotline located in California are completely clueless about PES. All they talk about is Castlevania.
The Ticketing System used in www.konami.com to file reports are useless, and consider the issue "resolved" by stating that they have no record of such information?!?!?
Why spend the money in advertising in the US on Fox Soccer Channel with commercials? Why acquire the Copa Libertadores license if the same effort in support in the Americas is not provided as in Europe?
Konami should rethink and make changes to those responsible for the North, Central and South American market. Someone from Konami's headquarter in Japan should fly over to Konami California and clean house due to the lack of PES Customer Support.
John Murphy should get a raise for communicating and getting an answer for a customer based he is has no responsibility or duties to serve as his job description is European PES leader. This is something that an entire office in California full of employees, Konami Support hotline and Konami Support website could not do.
I remember calling the Konami office in mid September asking for a confirmation on the game release date and they said they didn't know and to keep checking the website...that was only a couple weeks prior to the release on October 17th...
Its clear that Konami USA is dropping the ball on the Pro Evolution Soccer series, its time for a change.
Now that we know more or less when the patch will be released, the question now is: Where do we go to file a complaint against Konami California for their ignorance in relevance to the PES title? Do I have to call Konami Japan?

Sure it's unfair...but it's not like the patch makes any massive changes anyways.
If you want to get Fifa then, go ahead. It's utter crap. Good luck with their career mode.

Dude, don't tell me to chill. I paid my money for this game and I can complain all I want. When my hard earned money is ignored by the company I am supporting, then they need to get a clue or this money will disappear next year.
This happens year after year. Sometime we never even receive the latest patch yet we paid about the same for the game as other regions -- and in Latin America, forget about it. They can pay up to $100 for a game. So why leave such customers in the cold? It's ridiculous to treat loyal customers that way.
Btw, this is not a fifa v. pes debate, so leave the "go play fifa then" crap out of this. I have both games and prefer pes. Nevertheless, being ignored by the company I gave my money to pisses me off, and if you paid for your own game, then you'd understand.

I bought the US version too so I'm in the same situation.
Thing is, complaining here and saying that you would rather buy fifa does absolutely NOTHING. Oh and I wasn't the one that brought the fifa crap. As if you posting here brings anything to the conversation either.
Just go and enjoy the game. Sure there are shortcomings and we have been treated unfairly, but again, complaining here does nothing.
And I highly doubt they care about you "hard-earned money". Do you have any idea how big Konami's fanbase is? Thought so.

It's not that bad man. It would be nice for us to get an official heads up on the situation but if they stay true for end of December then it won't be that long. December is not exactly the best time to be playing Pes anyways hehe with all the xmas shopping you'll have to do and all the dinners to attend on top of a busy work schedule for most. If you think this is a mess try to think back on Pes 2009. We didn't get the 1st transfer update until March! lol now that was a mess.

guys, my US PES 2011 for PS3 is still v 1.00. Has ANY patch/DLC come out for us yet?I thought that they released DLC that had all Champions League teams updated like in real life.....
