Try the instructions on the first page, there were a few minor errors in the original read me (advised to load wrong .img files).
If you still have any problems, please come back, and tell me at which point you started having difficulties.

You're welcome, and thanks for choosing this patch.
if the preview images haven't changed, then it means you have not managed to patch cv05.img properly.
And if it does not ask to reserve modified case, then that step can be skipped.

or do have other link that connect to the AFS explorer?? i hav problem to get this AFS.....

Can you tell me which part you are stuck at, or if there were any error messages during your attempt to patch?
I can't really help you if you just say you can't install it as the instructions are already as detailed as I can make it.
Sorry to bother u. have done what is asked on first page am kind of confused its me first pro evo on pc never done none of this stuff am used to ps3 which ye cant get balls on there and i think am doing somthing wrong.
From there on i am stuck.......................
3.Now find your .img file in your PES2009 directory
(C\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\img),
it would ask if you would like to rebuild file, if you decide to do so, remember to save it as a .img (click on 'All Files (*.*)' again) in another location (with the same name as the origial file).
4.Click ACTION>IMPORT FOLDER, then locate the relevant folders (downloaded patch folder) and click OK.
If asked whether you want to modify reserved space, click yes and save a new name for the .img file.
Once the file is patched, delete or back up your old .img file and rename your new one to the correct name (cv01.img and cv05.img).
From there on i am stuck.......................

My patches are all for the PC version.
its ok i done them in kitserver

sorry for late reply...
i think mybe the afs might not work to my pc.. thus there is no error msg appeared.. mybe my pc hav a problem then
so far now i try some of the others user patches... they work by copy paste file... and i had done it well... working and nice
but i still hope that i can might try using yours... mybe if it also can be done by copy paste into the save folder....
but its ok if can`t be done.... anyway thanks for answered my problem

Copy and Paste?...You're using KitServer based patches I assume?
