I am from Italy and i have this problem too (there are other italians players having this too, we commenting it on some italian pes forums)

I put the code with all capitals and i have this problem, so it's not that :/

Guys on a other forum guess its a ping related problem. PPl with a ping under 300ms to the konami servers can play online. So its a bad routing from our isp´s to konami servers.

Thats the IP Adress of the Server: 210.148.52.143

Mine is ~500ms :/

my connection is pretty good, why this ping ?

I have the same problem on PS3 ....I am from India
never had a problem with pes9/10/11/12
Ping from India to konami server? i am not even trying but this can't be the real issue surely!

i was regulary checking my ping and it's around 300 now and i played a game !!! wow

so yes it's all about the ping... i cutted lot of things for it but it looks hard to play (i tried 5 times before sucess)

i think soon better servers will come at konami and it will be ok for everyone

mine is also around 500ms. What did u do to make it less?

And how was the game when you played with 300ms? was the game laggy or normal?

i just cutted everything in my tasks, msn & more but not sure if it's about that (in 1999 it was important, but today....)

and no the game is perfectly fluid at 300 ms

so it's stupid from konami !

i don't know what to say, maybe one thing after my first success of connection, now i can reconnect without problem, it's weird but it looks almost like a test from konami : if you success one time you're officialy a under 300 ms. Hm i exagerate but it's weird to not have problems again after quit the game.

if i have an idea, i let you know, just keep trying when you see your ip in cmd : ip 210.148.52.143 going down, launch the game and try

my idea about the first connection and no problem is wrong because i played the first night... or maybe they made this thing the day after to save some servers.

if yes, it will be better soon.

i didn't change anything so i think it will works for you too very very soon.

i enjoyed my 5 games :) if you success to play , keep the game connected and open, don't quit the game :)

it will work better day after day i think, there is a maintenance everyday

This doesnt make sense... i highly doubt they got just one server for all players

When you go to PES portal (to check if server is online) you have to select country and platform (PC, PS3, X360, etc) so there have to be more servers otherwise it would be pointless to make you select country and platform

i can't play anymore : my ping is over 500

when i played before (few hours ago) : it was around 300

so i think he's right about it.

This whole ping this sounds bullshit to me! I think like someone said if you join a friendly match lobby and if you stay in there you can play again and again but if you quit that room that doesn't necessarily mean that you can join any room in that gaming session....like I played a game with 1 guy quit the room tried joining 5 rooms no luck but I got lucky on 6th try and go to play again....
There is no pattern to it...
so how can you suggest that this has something to do with the ping? I mean if your ping is under 300 you should be able to connect everytime you disconnect and try to join another room right? I am playing on PS3 btw

you don't have the same problem soccerdude.

no problem to join a lobby? for me an others it's at the beginning, "ranking game" "lobby game" it tries to connect and go back in the menu.

your problem with your incompatibility with rooms looks like another problem. (i don't have this problem when i'm online)

i use it since pes 2012 (opening 5739 was not enough for me)
