i understand what u saying, but badly it cant be changed, this kind of things (promotion rules and teams) is non-touchable and integrated with the games core, noway to change.

Some other things I noticed:
The time stops at 89:59 and doesn't show ' Stoppage Time'.
When starting a Master League, the Serie A has the Championship logo, and when I'm starting a match the opening window, where it displays the team emblems, says ' Ligue 1'. Perhaps I've did something wrong installing the extension?
In Master League there are a lot of classic players you can buy, even though the classic players option is off. Players like Kluivert, Cantona, Solksjaer, the Laudrups, Gullit, etc. In PES 2009 Editor the option file has these in teams called 'Masterleague Hide', but they show up in my ML under Others. Their market prices are also only 2 pts for everyone of these players, which can't be right.

Perhaps the Championship doesn't need to have its own league. I'm saying, to play an England Master League you only need the extra teams to fill the Premier League division 2.

hey there,
about the scoreboard not reaching 90, it is a known issue with all custom scoreboards, cant be fixed.
in ML and BAL modes, yes the logos and leagues does not match, because as you know PES always randomize it, but instead of the default names (leagueA, leagueB, ...) we put on real logos, all you have to do is spend some minutes before starting the ML is choosing teams in leagues, this will make the game play more realistic
when u start a new ML, and when you're choosing players, all players will show, but if you select not to use classic player after (which is recommended), they shouldn't appear after you start the ML.
i see your point, but this extension was done like this with whole championship league based on huge number of requests.
I didn't mean when choosing players. I am already halfway through the first season and I can buy those players even though the classic players option is turned off. They're listed under others, under negotiations.

hmm, did you start the ML with the new patch or u've started before installing?

The patch is great although i have a problem when playin BAL vs Koln the game crashes
ok, this is true, crashed when loading koln, to fix this:
go to folder:
\kitserver\img\cv02.img
delete this file:
unnamed_9.bin
All of the extended players are avaible in my ML, by the way. They're not supposed to, right?

some of them are available, ill fix that (unnamed_1163) file and upload with the update option file after the transfers are done.

all 4 parts are one file, extract in one folder then follow install instructions.

GREAT PATCH! love the extra players and teams. kinda miss the classic netherlands team but i'll live. i play master league most often
so far, the only double players i found
laursen (denmark + copenhagen), player IDs 2543 and 867
bothroyd (england free agent) player IDs 105091 and something, i changed this one already so i dont have the other id, just search bothroyd on PES editor

thx for that, i fixed that and ill update the option file when the transfers finished.
