Help needed here , my com has detected the file pes2009.exe is infected with trojan ? my com used avira anti-virus sofware and detected that the file pes2009.exe is the trojan TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen Trojan . So any one here detected trojan so how can I solve this ? anyway i find it very funny that I had play the game for about a week ? today when i run it this happen .... so what should i do ?

is anyone else having alot of injuries in their game? I noticed most players in Smokes patch have an injury tolerance rating of B or C. Makes is unbearable when playing League, ML or CL.

hi guys ,
I don't know exactly what happened in 1.7.5 , I downloaded the patch and switched the kitserver and the PES2009_EDIT01.bin file but it seems that the kits are wrong in 1.7.5 as well , so I copied the PES2009_EDIT01.bin in the fix file for 1.7 . Did this happen to you or I'm the only one ?
I also noticed that the strategy marks in the game are the ones in the xbox controller so how do I get the playstation ones back ?
and what exactly are the differences between 1.7 and 1.7.5 ?

Hi there. Thought I ought to post up about this too, so I've just registered. Great patch, but I am also getting this alert with Avira Anti Virus. It tells me that a trojan has been detected in the file pes2009.exe, and it is the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen Trojan. Avira goes nuts and will only let me quarantine, then delete the file. Trying to ignore it causes many problems with Avira.

Is this a false positive, or is it likely that File Factory has been hacked and something has indeed been attached to the .exe? I will say the game was playing fine right up until an anti virus update yesterday.

Please let us know what's happened here, and what we should do next. Otherwise, fantastic work on the patch dude! ;)

i was never aware of any viruses there, i dont know about avira, but norton and kis gave me the green light.

that is right, most players are B now, and comparing to real life play this is rather similar, so you will be obliged to choose carefully your starting 11 when playing easy or hard matchs, this was discussed a long time ago (smoke patch 1.6), anyway u can always avoid injury when being tackled by using R2 when the tackle come.

its all for the sack of a good realistic play :)

it seems you have mixed things up, DELETE the old kitserver before copying the new one, the new PES2009_EDIT01.bin file works perfectly on the new kitserver, i suggest deleting old kitserver then reinstall the patch.

changes between versions are in the change log.

L. Matthaus should not be assigned to any face, in game just go edit him to default face and hair.

this is strange, if the new exe alert some antivirus (maybe because it is a cracked exe), u can always use the exe from the older patch (1.5, 1.6, 1.7)

I've tried Malwarebytes, and also a couple of online scanners now, as well as a scan from within my Linux partition using Clam AV, and nothing has been detected. But sadly my main AV on Windows is Avira, and it will not play ball (ahem) with this .exe file. I'm getting the same alert using the .exe file from your older patches too. I can't even upload a sample to the Avira database for testing, since the thing goes crazy and will only let me delete the file. I can't even ignore it because it won't let me, since it perceives the threat to be too great. It's brought my PES gaming to a complete halt!

Is there any other way of getting this .exe without sending my AV nuts? Could File Factory have been hacked? Thanks.

no FF is legit, files still have same signature as in the torrent files (which is the same original files), avira is detecting something but i assure you there is no virus, i even rechecked a moment ago, and i do trust kis and nav is scanning.

I did delete the old kitserver before copying the new one and it came out that way so I don't know what happened !
anyway it's working fine for me now , I'm not gonna reinstall the game ..

Thanks very much for your response. I'm quite happy to take your word on it, so thanks for confirming that the file is OK. Obviously what's happening is a false positive from Avira. I can't speak for Kaspersky, but Norton I wouldn't trust too much, but if you say the signature is the same as the file you uploaded then there's nothing more to say. I either have to switch AV, or somehow let them know of this false report from them.

I guess I'll be moving to Avast! Got to have my PES fix! :D Thanks again. :)

i downloaded and installed 1.7.5 but still the problem with the fans that they dont shout when a goal is scored and not all fans sing during game.
i experienced this only at vista and im trying to figure out but nothing,any ideas?
you said something bout sound acceleration settings,can you be more specific plz?
