Reinstalled the patch and almost everything is perfect!

Some teams still have grey kits and I have copies of Coca Cola Championship teams in others teams A.

By the way, is there some way I can change the game language to english? I currently have french... :shocking:

Just an update dido, I have fixed the crashes in exhibition mode for Bate Borisov and Sheffield Wednesday and can confirm they both work with correct kits in game (not tested in ML or BAL yet). Will update you if I can fix other teams crashing, hope you dont mind me tinkering with the option file dido I am just trying to help those who want the Championship teams like me. Thanks again dido for making PES even better!!

It should be in system settings mate in the main menu screen

The Championship teams should be in there too as I guess its the only place they can be slotted into, without dido's patch you wont see championship league in PES

Dido will be the man to help you with that as he's the patch maker I can only imagine you have missed something when installing as I have English language on my copy, do you have dt05_e.img folder in the SMoKE folder under kitserver directory?

But somehow I managed to work the game online by using the original exe of the game before applying the patch. I was in the same situation than BosniaDK (with the "invalid data player found" message". I want to ask if after applying the previous exe before the patch the game can now become somehow inestable.

i just started ML with Arsenal and the first match in Champions League.. I just scored a goal (1-1), and then the game crashed!!!!

when i started the game again, i saw that i lost with 3 goals..

THAT AIN'T GOOD!!!

now i'm out of the leaugue because of that, and i made the reset prevention ON!..

is there a bug fix for crashing of pes2010.
it does it also when i'm about to buy players, sometimes

one question, which files control these ads/logos?

i like the haiti and red cross ones, but i hate the onedaywithoutshoes. by default, it's the konami logo, which i hate too. can anyone tell me which files these logos are located in? i can't seem to find them. thanks!

Another update dido I have now got all teams that were crashing in exhibition mode on my copy of PES working except Etoile. Banik Ostrava and Ismaily FC appear with a grey kit but I suspect it is because I cannot find them in kitserver\GDB, I can honestly say I have never heard of either of these teams so I am not that bothered about them. If you know anywhere you could get the GDB for these then it would be fine, if not then do you think it possible to replace them with 2 others? I will try swapping them myself but dont want anymore crashes:crymore:. Nigeria 2nd kit is grey but 1st is fine, have not fully checked all other teams kits only world and euro leagues including Championship, numbers appear as white squares on Sheff Wed and Preston tho. I have also applied sleeve patches correctly to all Championship teams and in process of doing all others If I can upload the option file I have edited to here for you to have a look at then I will, if not I can upload to gamingaccess. This patch is the best mate so I only hope we can solve these missing teams, will post back on further progress

You need to turn off reset prevention feature before starting ML, I have not experienced any crashes yet in ML so I can only guess its due to the crash teams ie: Sheff Wed, Bate etc. I have played 2 games using Cardiff in ML and all is fine, due to play Sheff Wed soon so will let you know if all is good

when u installed the game, did you have english language selected? or your game did not have english at all?

i dont know why you get crashes, im now in my 5th season now and i didnt crash once, just one time when looking for player to buy

the optional scoreboards are not done by me in patch 2009, thats why i always recommend the original smoke patch scoreboard
there will be an update for the 1.7.5 of pes 2009 soon, but the update is for the 1.7.5 only, will not work properly with older versions

i'm starting now from the beginning ML.. and i didnt turned the reset prevention ON.
could it be that i made some editing in bosnian international in pes2010 editor ?..
i don't want to touch anything in my kitserver because i don't have a clue what are those maps :$

and now i got it to work thanks to SMOKE AND CLART, so dont wanna mess it up..

please help so it stop crashing and getting out of the game.

oh i see, well to do what u want, open the scoreboard files you installed (using GGS), find the image and replace or edit..

I am not trying to take over your patch mate but I can assure you the teams I have stated were crashing, as others on here have stated(BosniaDk and Supermac are 2 of those to name). I wont tell you what I have done to fix this as you are capable of this yourself.

Tell me this when you start with Sheffield Wednesday in Exhibition does it not crash? It does not now since I edited your option file, If you are still adamant then why can Supermac not play with his prefered team (Sheff Wed) with your option file? If I upload my edited version then I bet he will be able to use them then.

Here are a few of the crashes I am talking about, maybe others have not tested this as much as me but I can assure you I have spent the past day and a half testing and editing this.

The Sheffield Wednesday kit seems to be missing. Just a generic blank kit when you select the team. I can't remember if you said this would be the case in this patch though, until the next update...

yes there is a small error, to fix it do this:

open this file: map.txt
located in: Kitserver\GDB\uni

find this line:
372,"Club\Championship\Sheffield wed"

change the number from 372 to 286

save and close and it will be fixed.

Thanks for this Dido. Unfortunately after performing this fix the game now crashes when selecting Sheffield Wednesday as your team. I've only tried this in exhibition mode though. I'm using Windows 7 Home 64 bit. Let me know if there's anything else I should do.

every time i click on training the game crashes

for now if they crash, just copy any kits in GDB folder, because kitserver crash when it does not find the kits folder.

It does not crash when i select Ismaily SC or Banik Ostrava in Exhibition mode and I assure you both those teams dont even have GDB folders in the kitserver, (go and check if you must) they just appear as grey in game. As I said before I am not knocking your work mate I am just trying to make the Coca-Cola Championship teams playable for supporters of that league like me, if you are not going to fix this for them then I will.

hey, maybe i know why the game crashes now.. especially in bosnian international when i'm buying players (ML)..
i took a player and changed him into me (used peseditor).. then i placed him in to the bosnian team.

i can see the player in edit player, and i can change things on him, but when i go in to the ML/buy players/bosnian international then it crash instantly..

but now in the game it dosent happening like before.

what could be the reason for that?..

CLART: i changed the sheffield wedn.. into 286 like SMOKE wroted.
