Installation:

1. Unrar files (download all 8 parts, put in the same place then extract)
2. run (Setup 5.2.exe) and choose Install (add to antivirus exceptions before installing).
3. follow all installer steps.
4. download and install smoke HD turfs
5. download and install smoke update 5.3

Notes:

* delete old kitserver folder before installing the patch
* tested on the original game and (reloaded) version
* do not update from konami, the patch include the latest official updates
* starting a new saves is highly recommended due to new system files and stuff
* perform clean install for the game before installing the patch is recommended
* run the game as admin
* dont let AV block the installation of any file
* use only the exe provided with the patch

Hello Dido,

Thank you for the patch as you always do great work. I downloaded the files but when I rar the file and write in the password, as it is loading I get a message reading ...
! C:\Users\WILLY LLAMOSA\Desktop\PATCH\installer.part04.rar: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged...

Your patch is fantastic, Konami should be paying you, you add so much value to the game. It must take you ages to do all this, but even simple things like the player names being in lower case is a nice improvement. Thank you for all your time and efforts.

I'm using the patch on XP3 on an iMac running Bootcamp and it installed easily, no problems at all.

I have noticed a few minor glitches though and wanted to report them to you.

* In Exhibition Match when you are browsing the teams the game crashes when you get to "Oman" in the Asian section.

* Venezuela have Peru's kit.

* Wolfsburg's R. Rodriguez has no features, he's just the default guy.

* Konami Cup crashes in setup

Other than that, fantastic so far, thank you!

ill check this notes and include in the update, konami cup have compatibility issues more than 65 balls, deplace balls folder from GDB will make konami cup works, put folder back to get 220 balls back

Bare with me for asking a stupid question. I download all ten parts, so I have all the windows open with the Setup 5.0.D01 icon showing. I click part 01, before it finishes extracting it says I need part 02.
Confused. How do I extract all ten parts if I can't complete the first extraction?

How do you remove your chants and go back to the default ones ?
I've played as a German and Dutch team and it is awful hearing the same English football chants.

put all parts at the same place, extract only part one, you will find 2 files, run setup 5.0.exe

chants in: dt01.img
chants link: dt03.img

delete them to go back to defaults
