I'm not sure if this has been done before but what the hell.
There are so many option files out there but many have ability changes and have had classic players removed and other assorted tweaks which i just do not like.
So i got to making my own option file and i thought that after having fixed the essentials i would share with the people an option file with default stats and still very much intact but for a few needed changes. I'm uploading this file for those of you who want to make your own editing and don't want to go through the tedious name changing, like i did. This baby is nothing special really, just a template for advanced option file editing, if you will.
It has correct player, stadium, team, league & cup names and correct badges. Duplicates have been switched for the real (club) players in the German, Dutch and other squads and are now under the name duplicate in the free agent pool, so you can do with them as you wish.
Only two of them appear in ML under the name duplicate, it's RVN and Nuno Gomes and i have no idea why that is.
When i stumbled upon the South Korean and Chinese players dilemma i just couldn't decide what to do. Players like Park, Lee and some chinese not only have duplicates, their abilities in the national team differ greatly from the ones they have in their respective european clubs. So they are untouched and i have left their fates at the user's discretion.
If you're wondering why i have not edited the kits it is because i use kitserver to insert kits which, imho, look way better than whatever you can come up with in-game.
I have made some hairstyle changes in the most obvious of cases in some of the biggest clubs and used correct faces on players like Geovanni, Luis Enrique and some others who strangely didn't have the proper one assigned to them. I have also made some of the most recent transfers. Apart from that this is a 100% clean option file with a locked shop and 0 points.
People i really have to thank are Zygalski, for providing me with all the lists with correct names, and whoever he got them from, i salute you.
