i and my friens love to play in the ps2 and not the ps3 version

to be honest, i think that there is still as many people that play pes on the ps2 as on Ps3 and 360. Not all of us can just spend £300 on a next-gen console.

beleive it or not but many people own a ps2, So KONAMi is smart by putting it out on the ps2 as well, for us it means less focus on NEXTGEN. But hey who knows. the wii has it's own team, maybe some others are working on the ps2 and seabass is only working on nextgen.

Wouldn't surprise me if they just add all the new feature and instead of 5 they put 2009. I don't really like 5 since the shooting was all messed up. So i hope they fix that

true freestyleh 7. i preferred the ps2 version of 08 and have considered buying a cheap ps2 again for the new release. i do like the next gen version but it was the edit mode that i like to get my teeth into. if the new 360 game has the old style(by this i mean better) edit mode then its win win all round.

Well some games that are multiplatform, are still much better on Next gen and the concentration is definately felt in the ps3/360.

I don't feel sorry, they have to consider themselves lucky, not many gaming companies make PS2 games anymore, so, Konami still making PES for PS2 that's good.

So, just be happy with whatever thay can get.
