Note: Yes, I'm aware I'm a month early. Everything isn't completely clear about online this year and I personally have no idea whether you'll be able to watch a match between two other people. If so, great. That helps a lot. Anyway, we'll get to more of the nitty gritty stuff when we need to.
-For now, I'm looking for either 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 sign-ups. Obviously, if I get a total of 11 people interested (including me), the last person who signs up won't be able to play unless we find another, making it an even amount.
-Team selection: Club teams only. As I said before, I'm not too fussed about playing with the big teams online. It's good every once in a while, but people complain about the "online glory hunters" who look to play as a big team all the time. So, with that said, you may choose any CLUB team in PES 2009, as long as it's NOT one of the following;
England - Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United
Italy - AC Milan, Inter, Juventus
France - Lyon
Spain - Barcelona, Real Madrid, Valencia
Germany - Bayern Munich (if they're in the game that is)
To re-iterate, you may NOT pick any of the above teams.
"Oh, but I wanted to play as Lyon!!!" - Tough shit. Don't play in this league then. I'm sure there'll be many more.
-To begin with, we'll look to play each other once. Again, as release date approaches, stuff like fixtures and when your game will be taking place will get sorted.
-By the way, can option files be taken online with team names/kits etc. fixed? If you can't, as I think is the case, should someone decide to play as Man City, they'll be using Man Blue online, obviously.
All I need from potential players at the moment is confirmation that you want to play, and the team you want to play as. Look through the thread carefully, because if the team you wish to play as has already been selected, you will have to make another selection.
And I appreciate this is slightly sketchy at the moment. I'm not really in the know of what is/isn't going to be involved with online this year.
