PES 2009 Option File - PC

Kowalski? I have a question: I have already a good patch, and also edited some player stats by myself. So i only want a part from your patch (the missing Champions League teams). What should I do to make this teams in "Other Leagues B"?

Hey, I'd like to request a missing player. Jose Fransisco Torres. He was capped to the US national team recently and is a very promising young player. He's 20 and has been holding down a starting position at Pachuca since he was like 16 and is one of their best players.

Hey, having a few problems making the konami 1.2 patch work (not the option file but the initial patch) so i was wondering if anyone could provide the step by step process, i downloaded it from the konami site but now dont know what to do with the file now. Do you put it in the save folder like with the option files?

Hi, I just installed the latest OF (16/11/08) for 1.20. I have fully patched my game and downloaded the update from System Settings.

Some teams cause a crash on the 1st/2nd kit screen, and looking in "Edit", the options for Strip, Emblem and Team Name are greyed out. Example teams include Sevilla and Racing Santander. Examples of teams that work fine include Valencia and Osasuna.

I previously used the old 1.0 version of Kowalski's OF and that worked perfectly well.

I'm sure the OF is ok, I must be doing something wrong! I'd be grateful if anyone could help me. It's a great OF and I'd love to continue using it.

Edit: It was a kitserver problem, solved by downloading 8.1.2.

Cartroso u say "after installing the patch" that was my problem as I dont know how to install it. This also may sound stupid but when i go into system settings anyway there is no option titled download. Is the process different for the pc version? Help would be much appreciated.

I've also finished off the last couple of EPL transfers (e.g. Stelios to Hull), and tweaked a couple of hairstyles (Ireland now bald, Kitson now with red hair, Fellaini with bigger hair), plus slightly tweaked the Arsenal GK kits

There's an optional extra of a created team "The Future's Bright", with proper kits and sponsor (Orange), consisting of some of the brightest under 22 yr old talents in football (please let me know if I'm missing anyone major!)

Full credit goes to Kowalski and Manhanddeem for everything else. If either of you want me to remove this, just say, and I'll keep it to myself. Anyway, here's the link to the file...

Can someone clarify on applying the 1.20 OF?
I patched my PC version of PES2009 to 1.20 by running the exe. I then go to System Settings -> Download....now do I apply the 1.20 OF?

First Download the patch and then, after the 1.20 is installed apply the OF in your save folder

I have been updating the OF, as Kowalski updated it.

but since there is a few people also doing improvements and Kowalski is putting more links on the first page, i dont know which file download to keep updating my OF.

Step 1: Download and install the official PES 2009 1.2 patch.

Step 2: Start PES 2009.

Step 3: There's a choice named "Download" in the ingame settings, press that and let it download the update (I think it downloads the official option file update through this).

Step 4: Unpack the manhanddeem's 1.20 update as guided in the info file.

Step 5: Enjoy the fully updated PES 2009.

I hope that I didn't forget anything.
