Hiya, the installation file is easy right?

But it doing my head in.

I copied the UPDATE save folder over my old one, copied over my orig save file and when i load up pes it says "edit data: load failed as data is from different version"

so ive installed pes 2009 1.20 update from konami website and i STILL get the same error message!

Why is it so bleeding complicated lol

help please....

What do you mean by as said in PES? What manual? What other files?

I downloaded the "PES2009_v1.20_Patch.exe" and patched the game, and then I downloaded "mahanddeem's 1.20 update" and copied the files in his "save" folder over my old "save" folder. That's it. No manual has told to do anything else.

Therefore, I repeat:

What do you mean by as said in PES? What manual? What other files?

1.Install the game
2.Download the patch 1.20 from Komani website.Then apply it..
3.After that , enter the game go to system options>download(the last option)
4.Follow the on-screen instructions..Download the content
5.After all that....Use the patch from Kowalski and mahanddeem by copying the save folder and doing the import files to cv06.img
6.Play!!

Thanks buddy! Now I got it ^^ ...

You might want to add these instructions on the first page of this thread as well, since people (like myself) might find it a bit boring to browse through the whole thread in order to get stuff working.

Still, great job on the OF!

Do I need to download both versions of this file or do I start with just the second version?
