You make me laugh, you've said "Somewhere there will be a 'cheaters' thread on another site that will eventually contain your name", and what's the problem. My mate, I'm french and I speak english, spanish, and portuguese. Let mi say you that the cheater who are in the list of this site are world wide famous cheater whose names are one the forum of all languages. And what? They are already cheating, they are already the best ranked, and they are already the most rich...
Must we accept konami's disinterest and impunity???
I think we've got to find a way to defend us.

I have to agree with fick here.

As the maintainer of this thread, and as a passionate PES player, I condemn any kind of cheating, whether its for an ego-boost, or self righteous vigilance.

However, you are free to do anything.

Its just that, there is an element of ego-boost in fighting fire with fire, and I believe a lack of self-esteem, and hence the need for an ego-boost, is the cause for cheating in the first place, so I cannot see much benefit from your decision to the PES community as a whole, but only to yourself for a short amount of time.

I understand and you're right to condemn any kind of cheating. But you've got to admit that it's too easy for the cheater, we are powerless and they are unpunish. You spoke about a need of ego-boost, but I believe that you don't undersand that my proposition won't give me any benefit. The only benefit would be to play only with honest people avoiding cheater.

Could you explain me the aim of the black list? I've got it full (most of the cheaters mentioned on this site) and meet them regularly:unsure:.

Well, i just cancel the game before it starts when im facing someone who cheated against me before. Just alt tab when data's are being transfered before the game starts. I see nothing wrong with it, noone is damaged, game is not counted. See no reason to waste 15mins of your life to wait someone quits on you.

But you have to do it before the game menu, otherwise you'll lose 3:0.

coolio_jack: it's exactly what I would do, just quit a game when I know perfectly that the opponent is a cheater. So if your solution works I'll use it. I don't want to cheat, I just want to avoid cheater. So if I understand you, just alt + tab after the matchmaking?

Yea, be in windows for like 10seconds, then return. Connection with your opponent will be lost and no game counted. I did it first after i was being cheated for few times in a row, then i just wanted to give the win, as i didnt care, just didnt want to waste time. And for my suprise, no default loss.

This can not be abused after the match starts, so its not a problem to post it here for everyone to know it.

PS3 - call_of_yash (france) - disconnecting when he is behind in semi finals, as he finished one spot above me in ranking (tournement) during qualifications. So he got the win ...
so lame ...

I think the black list only disables receiving messages from the users on it. It is not a list of people you do not wish to play against.

It is stupid I know.

You may be right that this thread is not 100% accurate, and there are some people perhaps misreported.

However, there is no need for provocation and deliberate abuse.

You do not have to prove your point, I agree with it already.

I was on a competition with this guy and everytime i played against him and i was winning... boom he cheated... there was a game that i told him i'd report him and he just said "yes yes". I almost got to the final until i played against him again and he just cheated again... he got to move on and i was left behind. It's ridiculous the way that konami let's this guys mess up the whole MLO...
