3) i have no division in Lobby because i play a little in Pes lobby; i often play Master league online

After seeing the stats of my opponent i can tell u with 90 % accuracy if he will lag the game or not. When Konami gets many complaints for someone and they take a look and the stats, there cant be much more doubts that he cheats. I hope really there is some success due to this list...

if you dont know when the laggers end the connecion the fair players dont make money neither points and the game dont exist in games list but this same game exist in games list of cheater.this way Konami can see the proof of cheating.
