i wish that ,but i dont think so . Konami always prefer Netherland league from Bundes league

its due to licensing even if konami put the bundesliga in fake they will still face a law suit

I read on the PES 2012 Wiki, that Birmingham City may feature on the game because of Europa League qualification by winning the Carling Cup,
hopefully this is true!
