Pes 2015 use prequel data?

its only for league and team logos not for players and kits.
Mother and that means ... as for PES 2015 have to start from 0 to edit the league ? I'm from Romania ... and I created last year [ 2013 ] and this year 2014 ... patch which includes league 1 Romania ... and do it by myself ... is there any way in which to make it easy job ... to create players and teams not ... internal editor ? there may be something to save in pc ... edit ... and then put back on the ps3 ? already going crazy not going to wear files from 2014-2015

For others it's simple ... they take kits on the net here ... they make others other popular leagues ... but I do own it ... and kits and faces , players create , teams , chants , emblems etc ... so good I could use to collaborate with someone on here we help each other !

Again Konami pointlessly remove a good feature. Does anyone know if this is likely to be added in a future update?
