Giroud being shat on once again: check (I'm starting to feel sorry for the man).

He's a rich, successful, and handsome footballer.... you shouldn't feel sorry for him. :point:

(But yes even in real life he gets a lot of stick, unfairly)

By the way Ali, when we will get pes17 forum?

This weekend...... if I remember..... which I will...

... I promise.

I lot of people are around are worried about the goalkeeper for the Messi goal but i just found out that all these goals are replicas of real life goals scored by Barca last season. There's a video on YouTube showing it. So, i wouldn't worry about it too much. :)

I noticed that with Neymar's flick, but the Messi goal was just too weird to be real. Oh well...

Ok its me again .....and with bad news.

The video that they released as always shows remarkable high resolution graphics. However, they cannot seem to get the animations correct. I have noticed that somehow it appears they have reverted to an older engine.

So everyone should go back to the video and watch as the players "slide" all over the pitch as they stop or initiate a pass.

Let me know the results in your opinion.

I think the fast style and pace of the trailer makes the player movements look maybe a bit weird but honestly I don't think that is too bad, the gameplay + graphics look much better than in PES 2016.

Does more animation always mean that?

The sliding is present in FIFA and PES since the two added many animations (or at least a new engine)

I can't see any noticeable changes between that footage and PES 2016. Would have to play it for myself though to get a better impression.

Definitely, but...

Games looks great graphics wise. Players seems way more (but I mean way more) explosive and quicker in their actions. Just look at that Neymar feint/dribble around 3:50, impossible in PES2016, this game is much more rapid (maybe to a fault, we'll see). General dribbling (just running with the ball) looks much more precise in close spaces, like this time they touch the ball twice as much as in PES2016

Also, passes, specially the lofted ones, look a bit more realistic, less balloon and more football ball.

Keepers... one can be sure just by watching they are miles better than last (this) year. But, and a big but, they still. Run. Straight. Ahead. When you press :triangle:. Proof at around 6:15 onwards.

Another problem still unsolved. Notice at around 7:08 when Neymar hits Juanfran. The Atlético player just takes a few steps back like he was whit with a taser, the kind of stupid thing that has always enraged me. You just lose 2/3 seconds with this bullshit. Seems like that duration is smaller in this game though.

Still excited about the game :excited:

My pros and cons of the game so far - almost saw every video of the gameplay.

PROS

+ Game speed is slower but at the same time responsiveness is much quicker.
+ Biggest pro are the graphics, they are mint.
+ Passing and crossing looks crisp but at the same time it is not pin-point accurate.
+ Referees call out smaller fouls too and are much accurate and remember earlier fouls.
+ Tackling/physics looks quite good, small improvements of fluidness could be made.
+ Goalkeepers are much better at saving and overall goalkeeping, but also are not too overpowered.
+ Tactics are more diverse.
+ Replays look better now.
+ Overall new look of menus / UI.
+ Little details such as player breath visible and vanishing spray at free kicks.

CONS

- Shooting looks still too accurate and shot power also looks too hard.
- Some animations are a bit unfluid and clunky.

I can .....this is now football on ice. From the gameplay video, the footing of the players are delayed by a quick sliding animation before controls, passing and turning. Graphics look great but the animation seems worse than last years'.

Rebel, this IS the final game. From what I have seen ....I know this will be another disaster when the game releases.

Didnt expect anything else.

I think the animations are much better and lifelike than in PES 16 although they could be better. And how do you think this is a disaster? It is a game after all, it doesn't need to be ultrarealistic and completely perfect.
