PES6 will not be exactly the same - we know that already from various threads. WE10 isn't the same as PES5 from what I've been told by people that have played.

Yeah why drastically change something that works. I scored an amazing goal last night which made me love the game all over again. Cut in from the right curled top corner left foot holding R2 no reason to change this format at all.

pes6 is going to be the european version of winning eleven 10(released few months ago in Japan for Playstation 2)
i have already played we10 , and i can say that it is different from pes5 specially the goalkeepers(the own goals are much more frecuent than in pes5)
-passing speed is a little bit slower, but more intelligent
-the shooting buttom is more sensible than ever
-dribbling is easier(i don´t understand why almost all the deffenders in the game have poor speed and almost all the strikers have great speed , real life is different)
konami has to improve the goalkeepers
i don´t want to play FIFA

WE10 is so much different. Dribble might be the same but WE10 passing is way better. Plus they got updated rosters, and a couple more licences.

i agree with both sets of arguments here, i love pro evo 5 and altough i understand there is no need to change a winning formula, i do think that with not much diffrence between the titles that pes 6 should be offered at a knock down price of say £19.99 rather than the full price of games where obviousley a lot more work has gone into.

You can't really say that PES6 is the same as PES5 just by watching a gameplay video. Most of the changes are very subtle and can only be felt when you actually play the game yourself.

first off, don't flame me for this, but I'm confused...

I'f WE10 is the same as PES5 ( and PES5 is better?) then where does WE9 fall in to this? I thought WE9 was basically PES5 and that WE10 was basically PES6?

P.S. is PES5 better than WE9?

WE9 = PES5

WE10 = PES6

Whether WE or PES is better is open to opinion.

Its already marked by the press nad magazines and testers that PES6 is not = to WE10 is A WAY BETTER.So we can just wait and see.
