i have been a pes fan for years, and all of my posts show that. i still am a pes fan, but i started uni in september and we have fifa in the flat and no pes. of course i was devastated at first. but in a tough 2 weeks without either pes or fifa, i realised that i needed a football game to keep me going, wichever one it was.
yes, i still find pes better than fifa, but it still has its downs aswel as ups. but then again, so has fifa. i realised that its not about which one of the 2 games you choose, its about having at least 1 of 'em, just so you can play the beautiful game that football is, and i really wouldn't swap anything in the world for it!

Pes is better.

I have been a big pes fan for years. Got Fifa in March and from there decided to get Fifa 11 first.....

.....Worst decision of my life. lol.

Fifa 11 has to be the worst football game EVER made. Its completely broken. Clubs is broken and doesnt work properly, online is laggy, micro-pausing which wont get fixed as rutter doesnt even know what it is, CM is a mess and broken, Player growth is broken... need i go on???
Customer service is rubbish... when you email customer support they tell you to go to the forum, go to the forum and the mods tell you to email customer support.

I am getting Pes in the next few days and cannot wait.

If you play games for offline modes and the ML/CM type thing then STICK WITH PES.

They did one patch and all the Fifa patch did was make things worse and take away the one fun good glitch there was

on fifa i only play against my mates, so i dont know about those problems. on pes, i normally play ML or BAL

For people who play against mates then Fifa is no doubt the best due to the amount of people who flock to it no matter what.

For single player modes like BAL or ML the Pes is the best bet.

Personally the best game is the one which works the most.

How about to each his own! Play both and then stick with the one you like best and move on. Simple enough :)

I have preferred the last few fifa games since pes went shit next gen, this year I much prefer PES. FIFA does not feel like football to me and has many basic fundamentals wrong, Career mode is embarrassing and almost every part of the game reeks of laziness and not giving a shit. Don't get me wrong I despise some of the things konami have done but I am finished with fifa. EA's customer service is also deplorable and they focus more on half assed online game modes that I could not care less about. My favourite part of fifa is manual play and even that has been dumbed down to semi assisted levels.

LOL do I think Great Britain is in the USA?? Notsomuch young chap haha I live in a city called Green Bay (hence the GB initials) in the state of Wisconsin, in the USA.

FIFA is the worst football game out there.. The game has regressed over the years, they just totally ruined the career mode. Players don't grow at all, you can score 70 goals with whomever in 1 year and he won't grow 1 bit and there's a chance he'll decrease actually and the only player growth is random and it usually happens to a 29 yr old bench player... There is no scouting, no youth system, no upgrading your staff and shit, no training, it's just horrible. Not to mention it takes hours to sim as it takes forever just to sim the week.. Manager mode is awful.


The gameplay is awful, I find myself yawning and frustrated while playing. The graphics is utter shit compared to PES which has amazing graphics and PES is much more realistic and funner. FIFA had worst graphics the winning eleven 8.

I never had any of the games in the past but i played them and i always thought PES was better but not by a huge margin but now it's a huge margin as FIFA 2010 is fucking awful, i don't care if I have to play with Bob Michaels who plays for FK London.

don't waste your money!!

Had PES11 and hated it.
Got FIFA11 and enjoyed it.........for a while......then got bored of it.
Now have PES11 back....its not perfect but it has passion, soul and jump of the bed moments when you score - all the things that FIFA dont.
