PES4 beta - all the shirt types in edit mode

the edit option in games gives the user the right to edit the game
hoops and stripes are not the exclusive property of any shirt maker or fashion house
so celtic fc plc do not own the hooped shirt design infact celtics original strips were striped and plain and newcastle united do not own vertical stripes on their shirts

the clubs get a manufacturer to continue the linaege of the shirt design from company to company so konami have no excuses just lazy or inept programmers who cant use renderware last seasons game was fine and the one before that so now i think konami have scored a massive own goal i really do hope the final build has hoops and stripes but i dont see it so thanks konami well done to you and the assclowns who program for you

All you girls getting a menstrual/orgasm over Konami not including stripes. This ain't the final version. PES3 BETA didn't have Juventus' real kit, but it did in the Final PES3. Their is also patching.

In my opinion, they won't add striped kits to PES4. Why should they when WE8 and PES4 beta don't have them? Seems like they don't really know that people want them. Everyone should email and phone Konami to let them know that striped kits are wanted.

I'll be playing a patched version of the game so I don't mind so much. To play a patched game you need to chip your PS2 or get a flip top lid (about £40) or a Slide Card (available for less than £10).

You shouldn't have to patch your game to correct problem or inaccuracies that are due to the laziness and ineptitude of the fucktards at Konami. They seem to think that just because the game is playable, they can be forgiven for the many areas it fails. Proper names, handball, and the new and "improved" editor all suck major ass. Lets see, the final release will mean I have to spend hours editing everything, still be unable to have decent strips for many world class teams, and I should be happy because it's fractionally different from last year and is "playable"? Fuck that, if PES4 is as annoying as PES3 (editing-wise) and still has crap strip design then I wont be buying it. If other people realised that Konami are ripping their fans off and did the same maybe they'd get off their lazy arses and do some work making sure PES5 is halfway finished.

if they dont put in the stripes what are the kits goting to be like for the team that use the stripes, either to have a diffrent kit all togetter (which i carnt see the point off) or not having the teams at all which i find highly unlikly, so like gunplay said, it ant release yet, so carm down, if you must complain got to knoima

yeah wel u dnt support celtic, or newcastle, or southampton, so wot would u know about it. we fans of hooped/striped teams have to put up with having a shite home kit in the game, or having to use the away kit all the time. so dont go bragging about "perfection" as u put it

By my reckoning, these are the teams (from memory) that will have no-chance of anywhere decent kits in the internal editor;

Glasgow Celtic, Newcastle United, Southampton, Crystal Palace, West Brom, Porto, Sporting Lisbon, Argentina, Paraguay.

No offence intended by ommissions, that was from memory. Of course the Spanish, Dutch and Italian leagues are fully licensed anyway.


Am I the only one imagining EASports' programmers chuckling to themselves when they heard this glaring mistake by Konami?

To be honest, im gutted about this. The one thing I want is semi-accurate kits and the fact they wont have a hooped strip is made worse by the fact they had one in Pro3.

If it was some detailed and random kit I could understand, but (to me anyway), missing a basic hooped shirt is unforgiveable.

I know a lot of people will be looking at the reactions of us fans of striped/hooped teams and wondering what the fuss is about, but the shirt is the basic core element of any team.

Its not like its an unreasonable demand is it? Im not asking for a fully licensed game, ps2 online play, totally up-to-date rosters or impossible to implement features. All I want is a basic hooped shirt design.

Quite frankly its shocking if Konami dont realise the tiny addition of this would make so many people so much happier, and its surely something that could be rectified with minimum fuss and effort?

I noticed someone mentioned about contacting Konami to ask about this. Although this would probably be a futile attempt at changing it, I was wondering if anyone has the email address that could be used to contact them.
