Hi, i'm from Spain and my english isn't very good and also sorry if this post haven't been to put here.
I'm downloading the V4 patch and my question is which option file i have to use when i have the game patched and where i can find it.I think that is Wemerica option file V4 but i doesn't find it.

Another quick dafty question (ive not patched since the PC version of Pro Evo 3- its been a while). I take it you need some piece of equipment to load up the option file? Feel free to shoot me down, Im big enough and ugly enough to take it ;-)

Hello mate. I use a Max Drive which is a USB device that you can plug into your PC and PS2. I got it for £9.99 on play.com. Another option is an X-Port.

@caparro: b patient everything u need is in the rar. also the of. also it has a good howto in it. wait till it is finished and start asking questions when u face problems.

For those who doesn't have to orginal PES5...
Why don't you rent it from a friend or a videoshop (place where you can rent dvd's and games, can't think up a good name)
Then copy all those files on your hard drive.
It will cost ya a pound or so (3,50 euro)

Good patch but black screen problem still persists

This is an excellent patch...though there are two things i noticed so far

a) the pitches were better in V3
b) i was playing a season with man utd and suddenly when i was playing man u vs portsmouth...the screen became black and blank...just like how the v3 patch had isseues with sociedad and etc...

hope to hear from you soon wemerica...otherwise excellent patch...

First of all i would justlike to say that this is a great patch, was just wonderingdoes this patch have fifa commentry, and if so can someone tell me how to get it to work, have followed the instructions but dont have fifa commentry cheers

i too want fifa commentary! BRING IT ON!! nice patch btw but on some of the pitches u'll get an eye sore, u can c wavy lines all over the place on the grass.... gr8 patch tho! ENGLISH FIFA COMMENTARY PLZ M8!

The fifa commentary is only in French!
Theres is none in English, i think the file would be to big if was in both. And to be fair the guy is french!

Also, wemerica, could you fix the Bayern Munich Goalkeeper kit, there is a problem with it. And one of the bayern chants has a horrible buzzing noise in the background, like reverb.

When your download finish, do the following:

-unrar the file
-install dkz studio which is included
-make an iso file from your original pes5
-open dkz studio
-open file---choose iso that you've made just before
-export all files---make an folder called "PES5 WEmerica"
-at that folder there will be pes5 files
-goto unrared patch---find files at folder wemerica patch v4
-copy/paste all to folder "PES5 WEmerica"---overwrite all files
-install aspi and cd/dvd generator 2 and reebot your computer---included
-goto start---psx-station---cd dvdrom générateur 2.00 version francaise---cdvdgen fr
-créér un nouveau projet---créér un DVDROM (line two)---OK
-drag and drop all files from folder "PES5 WEmerica"(windows explorer) to the right column of cdvdgen
-go to volume in the up-left corner and write:
référence du disque : SLES-53544
volume : PES5
license area: EUROPE
-then ficher---exporter un fichier IML, and save iml file again to folder
"PES5 WEmerica"
-close cdvdgen---open dkz studio
-tools---iso maker---select iml file you've just made---create iso to the choosen folder for eg. C:\PES5 WEmerica final
-for the people from nonfrench countries!
-open dkz studio again
-choose open file---open "Patch_Callnames ENG-SPA-GER"---apply patch on image---choose iso you've made before---click to patch---wait for a while
-restart computer
-open alcohol 120%---burn image---choose iso from C:\PES5 WEmerica final
-burn @2,4 x mode DAO---don't use DVD-RW
