Yes, does this patch work on HDadvance?
I've downloaded PES5(beta) and it's a ISO.
I have the patch. And it says it will work on beta. But how do I make it work.
I have the V4 FINAL FIX, and were is the thing that makes it work on beta?
And can someone please put up and fast and easy guide on english?

-EDIT- Can someone tell me what's the name of everyfile in PES Retail and PES5 beta. Cuz I have PES5 Retail( I think, cuz it work online) and I have the beta. But On the beta there is somefiles that isn't in the Retail.
So can anyone give me a list of the files in beta version and in the retail version

go to preferences and then into networks and type in this to the listening port place 32459 it worked straight off for me and by the way did you change any of the settings

the default listening port was already 32459, but its still downloading at 1.3kbps etc.

Try and use DVD Decrypter to burn the game. Ive never had a problem with it. I use DVD-R by Verbatim, again never had a problem with these discs.

This time I have another problem. I've downloaded the patch, patched the game with the instructions and burned a dvd on lowest speed (x2)0with Alcohol 120%. The patch is working but my pes is now running very slooooooooooow (I am waiting 3-5 minutes for free kick execution). How can I solve my problem? If anyone can help me I will be greatfull
Ps. I am using pes5 beta and Emtec dvd-r.

i have tried using mode 3 but it still shows a black screen and nothing comes up.

EDIT: Only the orginal PES5 works with HDAdvance on mode 3 not the patched version for some reason.

the original works for me with all modes off.

hello could someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaase help??? ive patched the game and put the option file on to my memory card but wen i play the game all kits are default and the only thing that is different is that when it says pro evolution soccer5 at the opening screen its in french, what am i doing wrong?????? thanks in advance

the original works for me with all modes off.

i use the v4 final on beta and it works with mode3 with hdadvance for me and all of my friends. v3 final also worked on hd with mode3

Can you please help me with the option file. I try to put the option file on mi memory card. But it dosn't worked. In the info they say about a cdfs and than X. But I don't even see the cdfs "thing". Pleas help meeeeee!!!!!!

if you have the retail version why are you pissing about with the beta ? the latest version of the patch works on the beta anyway just follow the tutorial same as for the retail . If you want to know what files are different and have both then just compare them. Patch is running fine for me using beta on hdloader with all modes (1,2 and 3) enabled . cheers wemerica !

Do you usually use EMTEC DVD-r's for your PS2 backups ?

Have you tried...
1. placing your PS2 on it's side (if already on it's side place it flat).
- your lens might have some trouble reading the disc.

2. changing TV format, from PAL to NTSC or otherwise.
- this option is only available when booting the game, after language selection.
NOTE: this may not speed loading times at all, instead gameplay may vary in speed.

Click the SEARCH button,
in the white rectangle box type; BETA to FINAL
then click the 'Go' button.

I've tried to change beetween Pal and Ntsc but there was practicly no effect.

Yes it should help, on my PS2 nearly all dvd-r I've tried work,
BUT...not all work the same for example;

PES5 patched with WEmerica v1 upto v4 Final,
always burned iso with DVD Decrypter @ speed 2x
on the following dvdr's...

1) FujiFilm DVD-R (8x) - lens was skipping quite a lot - booted only once.
2) FujiFilm DVD+R (4x) - good results with this one - all nice and smooth.
3) Memorex DVD-R (16x) - PS2 took it's time to boot - minor disc skiP (commentary/chants/music).
4) Memorex DVD-R (8x) - boots better than above - very minor disc skip (commentary/chants/music).
5) Bulkpaq (orange) DVD-R (4x) - crap discs.
7) Bulkpaq (blue) DVD-R (4x) - better than orange, but still crap.
9) Budget Princo (yellow) (4x) - much better than Bulkpaq.
8) Princo (white) DVD-R (4x) - never had any big problem, think my PS2 likes em.

btw,
...as mentioned on my previous post sometimes if the PS2 lens skips when
reading the disc try changing the position your console is and give the lens
a bit of time to try and read the disc.

Once playing a match, was going to take a free kick but I could'nt,
I could hear the chants but the gameplay had frozen (or so it seemed),
I opened the PS2 tray - closed it again and I was able to continue the match.
Strange.
