I stopped using play.com for new releases a long time ago. ShopTo is the only one I trust to get my copy to me on release day (and if the release date is Friday, 9/10 I get the game on Wednesday).

The only time I had trouble with them was with Uncharted 2. But this was the time last year when post men were on strike. And even then, I told them I had not recieved it, they told me to fill out this form, which I did, sent it back to them and they sent me a copy of the game.

Why hasn't Konami made a deal with Valve so you can buy the game from Steam? That would solve a lot of problems with pre-orders.

Same here, got posted wed but haven't as yet received it, so I went out & bought it from Morrison ( I couldn't wait ) plus it was cheaper!

I'm glad I did, it's the best footy experience out there!

i had to wait a full week when i ordered fifa off play(sold out in shops where i live)it got posted last monday afternoon and i recieved it this morning,gonna use shopto in future after only just finding out about them on these forums
