It's prety simple lads:

1. Go to "Users" at the main screen.
2. Move up to "Create New User"
3. Enter any name you want obviously different from your other
4. Log into that user account
5. Go all the way over to the right of the main screen and it should say "Sign Up for PLAYSTATIONNETWORK" go into it.
6. You want to create a new account
7. Make you "Country/Region of Residences" United States.
8. Look on google for an American address, it's pretty simple just type some random thing like "cafes in chicago"
9. You'll need another E-mail address. So if you don't have another set up an account with Gmail, link below.

Thats pretty much it I think, I'm doing this off the top of my head but I pretty sure that's all there is to it. Any problems let me know.

You could also make an Asian Store account using Hong Kong as your residence and the steps are pretty much the same again.
