im having a similar prob. my players get negotiated and just go away like that. i dun even hv the chance to refuse any offer. i lost ljungberg while during my 1st ever negotiation period in master league. hw do i prevent this? i dun wanna lose my teves, ben arfa and all the other arsenal players!!

Anyway, it used to work for me, now i have 3 players up for trade (and thats after i just fired 2) including Ronaldinho because he's a bit crap now, and no-one is interested!

I'm bringing this thread back, and I demand solutions.
I'm in season 2019 i think, well into the game, and I havn't had ANY offers since 2006 or 2007, despite putting pure-genius players up for transfer when I used to get loads of offers.
What's going on?

yeah i never get any offers for my players.
i do tend to trade my players though instead of waiting for a offer that never comes.
I'm in season 2019 i think(steviebaby) jesus theres some hours gone into that game aint there.

I regularly get offers fortunately. I have never had an offer for a player who wasn't up for Transfer which isn't really a big deal.
But usually when the Transfer Market arrives, I put up about two or three unwanted players, and quite often I get offers even if its someone along the lines of Espimas and Burchet. Strange really, to see how any team would want players of such low quality.
I guess its also about luck to be honest, I just have bags of it.
Still don't understand why you guys are having such a hard time selling your players. You can also Loan them out as well, I had an offer not long ago in which a team offered me about 2,000 pts I think if I can remember correctly to Loan out a 'bench-warmer' for the remainder of the season.
Have a flick in the Manuel, it might give you Tips into attracting Clubs to your players...

Never had any loan offers. I've just finished this season and decided to put about 9 of the starting squad up for transfer, just to see if it would draw any attention.
It didn't..
Instead I just swap a shit bloke for a good one, or just release them. I miss clubs asking me for players though.

Thinking about it now I only ever have offers on players who were in the squad originally when I started the Master League. For instance if I start with the default team; Macco, Castolo, Minanda - all that gang then if I put them up for sale they will all eventually sell but generally players I have bought in afterwards wont budge. Maybe thats got something to do with it which would explain why you cant sell anyone since 2006-07.

is there a way to fix this bug? is it because the computer is out of money?
i noticed that it seems like the AI is so low, they can't have creative ideas. notice when one player retires, and reincarnates, he will almost always go back to his old club?

I think i figured out why:
by 3rd to 4th season, most computer teams has already done enough transfers so that they:
-have enough players on each position
-absolutely no money for transfer
using this glitch, what you can do is, say if you want to sell a goalie, you go into editing mode, and make every goalie play some other position but not goalie on one team, then the chance of that team negotiating you for a goalie increase.
I did this to a forward, but you have to keep your players affordable. I sold one of my strikers who is 500 yearly salary using this technique.
