should be replaced by last champions league winner of Africa
which is Wydad or waithing for the new winner
expected to be known whitin a month or maybe alittle longer

Possibly it was replaced in a pc patch.Not in vanilla game by KoNAMi.

i remember that last year patch was also good for PS4.
a guy replaced Pleasure Horn with Wydad Casablanca-he had made it somewhat with hexadecimal code functionable.
